A 1-hour self-paced session in our wood-fired sauna and cold plunge. Move between hot and cold as you like, alongside other guests. Inspired by the Nordic tradition of communal bathing — simple, refreshing, and social.

Currently offered select mornings from 7am to 1pm at The Node (2331 N Elston Ct, Chicago) and select Sundays at the Wicker Park Farmers Market

We host the popular REVIVE and VIBE CHECK event series every Sunday and Monday at The Node!
